Lexmark X73 Printer issue

Hello! I have bought Lexmark X73 printer and I have a problem. I have installed drivers for this printer, but it won’t work correctly. My friend thinks that my Windows XP Pro SP2 operating system is infected with some malicious software, but that cannot be case because I have Norton 2002. Should I install drivers again?

Hello! Your Lexmark X73 printer won’t work correctly because auto protect in your Norton 2002 is enabled. That is why your drivers for this printer are not recognized well. Now, you will need to uninstall drivers and to disable Norton 2002 auto protect. When you do this, install again drivers and Lexmark X73 printer will work properly.
