Lavasoft Ad-aware update problem?

Hi there folks. Now I am receiving constantly the same messages when I try to update this software. There is no update necessary, but everything is as I know very outdated. How to help this program to update it self? How to force it if I have to? Thanks to everyone in advance.

There are two methods if I am not wrong. You can try to delete previous updates form the folder of Lavasoft manually. They have defs.ref names. Than try to update it again. Or you can try with the second method. And that is manual download of updates in zip format from Lava-soft server site, than extraction to Lavasoft program folder to your hard drive. By the way, this seems to me like a defeating of Lava soft by the malware thing or server connection problem.
