Hello! I have a very strange problem. I want to send my friend e-mail message, but I am not able to send it. My Outlook Express shows that trying to send message, but actually cannot do that. Message is in Outbox folder. Please tell me what to do. I have never had problem like this before. Thank you!

Hello! Some internet service providers do not allow sending and receiving e-mails bigger than 2 MB. I assume that your internet service provider is one of mentioned. If you want to send mentioned attachment you will need to split it in few smaller parts. Then, send part by part in separate e-mail messages.
