Well, I hate those computers sometimes really. I mean take a look at my situation, I must connect directly to the router, wired, and despite the fact that I have usb converter which is working really nice. I don’t know is version of software inside my laptop wrong, I was thinking to go on my provider’s web site to update the damn one… Anyone with similar issue?

It is very hard to say just because there are so many different versions of laptop or notebook brand names and models. Maybe you just can’t use your USB ports for wireless. Maybe it is predicted for your notebook to work only trough LAN or PCMCIA. Anyway, I must say that this has something to do with the hardware incompatibility.
