Laptop keyboard and mouse freezing

Hello! I have a laptop and problem with it. Namely, my mouse and keyboard are freezing. I do not know why this is happening. I do not know really much about this problem and I have never faced it before. I have asked around, but it seems that no one knows much more then me. Thanks you in advance!

Hello! I assume that you have an USB mouse, right? Well, I will start from the beginning: you obviously have some problem with keyboard and best you can o is to replace it. I suggest you to take it to repair shop and let them to do that for you. There guys can check what is going on with your USB port too.
