Hello! I bought DVD/CD-RW from someone; I’ll try to replace with my defected DVD drive. But, when I replaced it, I’ve started my laptop. Some error appear like this “IDE #1 Error”! Does anybody know How to solve this problem? Who can help me? I have to work with my computer anon. Thanks!

Hi! Ok. That is not a problem. Follow my next instructions and do this well. Check did you set it to master or slave drive. Than, did you connect power cables? Everything must working if you are connected all components. I don’t have a laptop and I can’t help you any more. Try to find some solution on the web or take your laptop to the service.
