Hello! I have laptop and cable modem. Laptop is connected with cable modem through connecting cable. But, from some reason, I cannot access internet I have called my Internet Service Provider but according to them everything with internet connection is OK. What is cause of this problem? How to solve it?

Hello! I suggest you to try to change connection cable, because your cable could be broken. But, if you change cable and you still have this problem, than you have a problem with network card for sure. I suggest you to take your laptop to repair shop. I hope this helps you!
