I am thinking about buying a laptop. But I dont know if it possible to upgrade Laptop. Because in a year or two this laptop will be ancient history. But I wouldnt like to buy the whole Laptop again. Can someone tell me about Laptop CPU upgrade? Does anybody have experience with this topic? Thanks.

I suppose that you need your Laptop for work, or you are always mobile. I like old, custom computers than Laptops. You can buy monster computer for the same sum that you will give for some rather simple Laptop. I agree that people should buy laptops, but if they really need them (if they travel a lot, or if they need them for presentation, etc). Other bad thing about laptop is that only thing that you can upgrade is RAM. I dont think that you can upgrade CPU. So you will be stuck with that configuration, till you sell the laptop.
