| I am the lucky owner of Samsung 22 TFT. It had no problem until now. When I load my win 2000 it suddenly goes white. I mean the monitor. Yeah, white, its strange. I realized that problem is in the cable, because if I twist it or turn it, colors on the screen change immediately. I bought a new one, rebooted, and same thing happened. Maybe the problem is not in the cable, I dont even want to know. How to solve this problem, any suggestions? |

| Well, it could be your graphic card. Picture changes after system loading, so its monitor or video card. You checked your cable, and came to conclusion that.hmm we cannot be completely sure. Well, anyway, try you monitor with another computer. And, try another monitor on you computer. Its the only way to find out what is happening. You didnt mention whether youre using digital or analog cable. Its important because each one of those has different features. What about your screen menus. Can you access them? Try degaussing option, maybe youll see some changes. Is your graphic card integrated or divided? Yeah, did you update your monitor driver? However, I bet on video card because video signal is coming from it. Good luck, and before you attempt any of these contact your technical support. Good Luck! |
