Help! I am facing very unpleasant problem. I have Kingston USB Pen drive! It seems that I have data corruption on it, because when I plug it in my computer I cannot open any word document properly. My windows open word documents as some squares. I have used some special characters, because they are used in my language.

Hello! You have that problem because USB pen drive uses FAT32 file system and this system does not supports special characters. I suggest you to format it and after that you need to fix your document and every special character replace with some of ANSI characters, because they will be accepted by this file system.
