Can you tell me what causes seizing my mouse and keyboard after the bootup? I really don’t understand. Whenever I reset my PC this happens and I have to unplug both these devices from USB ports they’re attached to and to connect them again. What can be the reason for this issue and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

I really don’t understand. The only thing that I can think of is that it maybe has something to do with the fact that both your mouse and keyboard are connected to the PC via USB port. Maybe there lies the key to that. I know that sometimes USB ports can cause some minor problems, and that they shouldn’t for example be used for connecting a router and modem. I don’t know the reason, but that can cause some malfunctions. So, if you have several USB ports, try connecting the mouse and keyboard to them to see what happens. If the problem persists, contact somebody who fixes PCs. But I really don’t think that this can be a huge problem.
