Hello people. I am using Kaspersky Antivirus since the version 3.0. I never had any bad experiences with this software until today. I am using version 6 now, and while I was updating the database, the whole antivirus system crashed at the end and the database was not updated at all! I have tried several times to do the same thing but, without any success. Any help or lead to solution should welcome. Thanks in advance.

Hi. Well, you are not the first one. Kaspersky knows about the problem for a long time about your version. There is a method for resolving this. First you need to disable self-defense or entitle defense, depends on a version you are using. After that, download their CleanupUpdCfg.zip from their support web page, unpack it and install the CleanupUpdCfg.exe. When the installation finishes, update the program and turn self-defense on. Enjoy.
