Just bought faulty Maxell DVD-R!

I have bought a whole pack of Maxell DVD-R. I tried to burn one of them, but I couldnt. I tried the second, then third, etc None even one! I am afraid that my dvd/cd rom just died. How I can check that? Have you any idea what to do?

Try some other dvd or cd. If they work properly, then your dvd rom is just fine. I assume that you have bought faulty maxell cds. Original maxell comes from Japan, but their copy from China. So, if I am on your place, I would go to the vendor with discs and bill and asked my money back. If he doesnt want give money, go to financial police and check him.
