Hi. I would like to share my first hard drive mounting experience, and to say what you shouldn’t do. Never attach anything on the IDE branch without good check out before that. I have spent more than two hours inside BIOS to determine what the hell is going on. It was all about jumper settings. Now the Maxy and DVD are co-operating well.

Oh, now that was the problem. Good, you have resolved the mystery. Don’t bang your head off the wall. It was your first time connecting the hard drive. Be happy because you weren’t that much lucky enough to deal with Hitachi hard drives with more than 12 different positions on them. Smile
