Hello! When I try to run some Java applet which I got from my friend I am getting Java Runtime error. I have Windows XP Professional operating system with SP2 installed on my computer and I am afraid that something happened to it. I do not know much about his, so, I would appreciate any help!

Hello! With your Windows XP everything is all right. You are getting Java runtime error because mentioned applets are made in newer version of Java than you have. I will explain you mow what you need to do to solve this problem: just update your Java Runtime Environment and problem will be solved.
