Hello there. I am trying to use FTP for the first time through my router and I have a problem. I can not access FTP site although I provide valid username and password. I get an error saying "could not make connection with host". I would really appreciate any kind of help regarding this issue. Just to say that I have SiteCom router.

Hello. You will have to provide more information regarding SiteCom router because I suspect that the problem is with router configuration. Go to manufacturer web site and try to find manual for this router or some explanation regarding FTP manager and possible issues with it. You can , also, post exact router model and hopefully someone will know what you should do in this situation.
