Issues With Limewire.

Hello! I need to transfer some files from my friends computer. So, we agreed that we will use Limewire for this purpose. But, somehow I cannot connect with it through this program and I do not know why. I have opened port on my router and I do not know if he needs to open same port as I if we want this make to work.

Hello! I have not use Limewire, because it is not recommended! You should not use it, unless, you have confidence to your friend. As far as I know, you should connect direct to your friends IP and he should forward to you his port and he need to open a whole in his firewall. So, yes, he needs to open same port as you.
