| I keep finding this process active, and when I start the Windows Task Manager it's always in the list, returning seconds after I give it the End Process. My anti virus and anti spyware scans don't register it… so I'm not sure if it's malicious at all. FWIW, I don't have WoW installed. |

Anything with "exec" in the main part of the name, before the extension that is, is probably called that just to trick you into complacency. Search dor it and delete it manually, if you can't get your scan utilities to find it (but try updating the DBs first).
A file called "wow.exe", on the other hand, should be innocent, although if you've never had WoW installed, I'd be suspicious about that too. |
