Hello. Most of the recent video games require DirectX 9.0c compatible video card for playing. I have DirectX 9.0c installed but my video card doesn’t seem to support these games. I have ATI Radeon 9000 PRO video card with 256MB. How can I be sure if my video card is supported by these games?

You can easily determine if your graphics card is supported by some video game. If in game system requirements is stated that game needs fully compatible DirectX 9.0c video card or requires video card with Pixel and Vertex shader model 2.0 and above then your card is not supported. Radeon 9000 is DirectX 8 compatible and supports Vertex and Pixel shader model 1.1.
