| Hello. I got small problem. I am into some home music production. Now, I use Reason as Drums and Bass sampler. I am recording my guitar trough Sound Forge 8. But, Forge also records buzz in the background. I know thats because of my guitar cable. How can I eliminate and remove that buzzing, but without any loss of guitar sound? Thanks in advance. |

| You can do that with ease. Sound Forge can do it for you. Noise Reduction Feature inside forge. Click on tools/Noise reduction. Than play with the sliders. But, my suggestion is to do it over Adobe Audition. Now that piece of software really does his part of job well. When you finish with recording, dont cut the empty area sample with buzz only, but capture at least 0.3 milliseconds from it, as profile. Than apply that profile on whole sample, with -100 db noise. You wont believe the results you hear. Try. |
