| I just cant cross over demo segment of a particular game. The Brothers in Arms. There is a special part of a game where scene in Airplane causes my computer to restart and when it boots up again, VPU recover has stopped ... blah, blah, blah some message appears. Some words about display drivers. But what can I say when that happens only at this scene and nowhere else in any other game? Is this the driver problem or registry problem? I have Ati catalyst control panel 5.8 driver installed. Thanks. |

| If I am you, I would blame graphic driver and I would download the latest one for the graphic card first. This is familiar with the Ati Radeon 9250 Graphic Cards. See the option in Bios for AGP fast write. Turn it off, if thats turned on, because it is there just for support of specific Graphic Cards like Ati Radeon 9600 pro or XT. Than download the latest driver release from the Atis site. And install it. But first uninstall the old one, and use the Driver Cleaner Pro after removal because of wiping any trace of the old one just to be sure. No need for Driver Cleaner, but it is recommended. It can only help. |
