Hi. I have heard that I should turn-off buffer underrun protection before I burn the audio CD. I don’t know anything about the complete explanation regarding this, I just heard about that. A friend of mine told me that, and I know that I had only reliable info from him so far. Well, I am just about to burn some of them. What should I do than? Thanks in advance.

No matter if you have found everything reliable from his mouth so far, you still have some doubts regarding this, am I right? The truth is that he/she had some problems with his machine and audio CD’s, because buffer underrun protection should never be disabled. At least not because Audio CD’s. When you are burning audio CD, speed above 16X is not recommended, because not all CD players are capable to read higher than 16 times. And the bandwidth used for 16X is just not high at all. Don’t touch anything, please, but just burn.
