| Is it wise choice to bring a laptop to a sandy beach? I am going to vacation in July, and I will still be having some stuff to finish for the University than. So, I thought to bring my laptop with me, and instead of reading a book on the beach, do a little bit of research. What do you think about it? |

| Hello there. I do not think it is a wise choice at all. The fact is that it is not at all good surrounding for laptop usage. First of all, as you mentioned, sand…It is a substance which can get anywhere, that also means inside your PC too. Furthermore, there is a risk of water, which you also can not avoid…Not to mention direct sunlight that can damage your laptop, especially batteries, and even make them explode in extreme conditions. So, I wouldn’t do it if I were you. But you can bring it and do a bit of research in your room, once you are back from the beach. |
