I am so brand new with the digital imaging and everything related with, therefore some little education about image formats and all other differences about them will not be the disturbing thing for my further days and seconds and minutes, given for the editing. | Hello. Try to understand trough this example. Mpeg. Wave and mp3. Mp3 is the most popular but has being made from the raw audio data. Audio data, that doesn't sit on the CD medium, is equal to wave onthe hard drive. The same kind of quality. Mp3 is nothing but a derivative. So as the jpeg is. Raw means raw. Full image quality is produced from TIFF. Tagged Image Format File, uncompressed. Open this kind of image from Windows Picture and Fax Viewer and you will notice the difference in no time, regarding viewer interface. |
