Irfanview problem with image preview

Hello! I have installed Irfanview 3.98 version. Generally speaking I have no other problem with except with Canon images. When I try to open Canon Row format (CR2, DNG and CRW), my Irfanview needs about twenty seconds to open these formats and I can see that it uses 100% processor. Any idea?

Hello! That is happening because Irfanview 3.98 trying to decode Raw file, instead to preview it as embedded picture. Open Irfanview 3.98, click on the Options menu, then click Properties, and, after that PlugIns tab. Find Try to load embedded preview image box and check it. Also, uncheck Try to load CRW/CR2 using Canon DLLs,. After this, your problem will be solved.
