I'm installed Office 2003 Pro, but I can't seem to start it: I keep getting the same message: "You have not entered a valid product key. Please check the number located on the sticker on the back of the CD case or on your Certificate of Authenticity." But the thing is I did enter the product key during the installation, and it went through no problem. Why am I being asked to enter it again, and why the hell won't it accept the same key? Any help would be great, thanks.

Did you use to have an older version of Office installed before? This happens sometimes when you upgrade without de-installing it first. I don't know if there's a way out of your situation other than the obvious: De-install both instances of Office, then install only the new one, and then it should accept your product key no problem.
