Hello! I have external Seagate 200 GB hard drive. Usually I have not problems with it. But from yesterday when I plug it into usb port I get message from my windows XP operating system that this usb drive is invalid. I have tried this drive at my friends computer and there it works fine. What problem could be?

Hello! I assume that you know that sometime windows operating systems have some issues with usb devices. I think that you are dealing with some XP bug. Also, you can try to attach your hard drive to another usb port, because that port which you use may be failed. Anyway, I think that reinstall will help.
