Internet Explorer 6 will not access online streaming radio

I have a problem with Internet Explorer 6 and internet radio. I have heard that I can listen radio over internet and choose between many stations but I can not get them to work with Internet Explorer. When I go to desired web page I just get some file to download and I can not hear any music. How can I fix this problem?

You can not fix this problem because it is not a problem but a normal behavior. You can not listen online radio with Internet Explorer but with Windows Media Player, WinAmp or some other similar program. With internet Explorer you can only download play list from desired radio station and then open the play list in desired multimedia application.
