Hello there! Of course we can help you! Now, if it is showing you that a new device is found on the left side of the taskbar, it means that you are on the right path. Take that CD with ATI logo and place it in your CD/DVD ROM. Be patient and it will automatically start with installing all of the necessary components in your PC. After that message will prompt you to restart your computer. DO THAT! ATI graphic cards use the Catalyst application which is a driver required so you could play games. When the boot sequence does its thing you may notice some flickering on your monitor, but dont worry it will happen just once. Now, depending from your monitor, you can enter into properties by right-clicking on your desktop just to adjust the refresh rate the more the better. The reason you got those games is to check if your VGA works properly. If you had been using some weaker VGA, you will surely see the difference in graphics. ATI Radeon 128MB 9200 is a fine video card
