| I have to reinstall my operating system. I had Windows 98 and now I decide to install Windows XP. Everything worked fine until I come to the RealPlayer installation. Whenever I try to install RealPlayer, it gives me an error message and shuts down. What is going on here, guys? I don't have any idea. |

| Obviously, you do not have the proper version of RealPlayer for your new operating system, or, you have a trial version of installation that expired in the meantime. If you want to have a Windows XP as operating system on your computer and to work with Real player, then you will have to download and install RealPlayer 10. That version is working just fine with Windows XP and it also has some additional options that you may find usable. I now that because I have it. That version is also free of charge and you can find it on many sites on the Internet. Just use your Google and do not worry. |
