Hello! I have Dell Inspiron 1100 laptop. It worked just fine since few days ago. Since few days ago my laptop started with freezing and I cannot use it normally. When I boot my Windows XP SP2 operating system, after few minutes this laptop freezes. Strange is that pointer still works (just pointer, not keyboard), but I cannot open anything with it. Help!

Hello! I think that probably you will need new memory. This can happened when your memory stick is broken. You will need to check RAM. Other possibility could be that some of your system files are damaged or you missing them, so, you should scan file system, too. Hope this helps you!
