| There are many softwares for those reasons. I think one of the most popular is Whereisit. You can find its shareware and also its freeware versions. But, I will not do that if I were on your place. I also have a 160GB hard disk in my computer and I do not have any problems in organizing it. My hard is divided in two equal partitions. First partition is for Windows XP, My documents and all other installed software in Program files. The second partition is for games, movies, music and other data. I also divided all those central folder with genre subfolders and I do not have any problems in finding everything. If I need to quickly search for something, I do that from Search option from Windows commander. |
