| There are few reasons that could cause problem like yours. First, it could be an error in the process of downloading. In that case, your update file is damaged. You should try to download it once again and than try to reinstall it. Second, you might not have a proper version of Windows installed on your computer. Your version of update could be for some other version of operating system like Windows Vista or other version of outlook express. In that case, you have to find and download a proper version of updates. Third reason for your problem could be that your program may need some service pack or add-ons. If you don't have OE 7 try to get that version because it is the best version of OE on the market. At last, there is a possibility that your hard drive is damage in that folder so you should scan your hard drive for errors. |
