Hello. I would like to learn something about computer graphics and photo editing. I am not prepared to buy something like PhotoShop yet. Maybe when I learn more and if I start to do this professionally I will buy it. Can you recommend me some free imaging software for Windows XP?

Hello. There are several very good imaging programs for Windows XP. You can try GIMP firs. It is software ported from Linux and it is good alternative for Photoshop for everyone that is not professional user. There are others, although less powerful, programs like IrfanView, Picasa, Paint.NET and others.
