| Hello! That what you read is not rumor. You can make image of your hard drive and use it. But, there is no feature in XP which will help you to make image. You will need program made exactly for that purpose. There is good Symantec product called Norton Ghost (Imaging hard drive is called Ghosting, too). There is Acronis Imaging software, too. I can tell you that I use Acronis, but Norton is, also, excellent software. You need to buy them and after reading manual you will be able to make image of your hard drive, because these programs are really easy for use. |
