| Hi there. I never heard anything alike word so far, but I did had some experience with the error message you have just described. This was happening to me with the Acronis True Image, every time I hide the back-up process from the main window. After the program completion, when I press the red “X”, this message is displayed on the screen. I resolved that by cleaning all temporal files from the system. Then I have reinstalled Acronis again. After that, the error message disappeared. Why don’t you try that too? Reinstall Microsoft Office.
