Hello there people. I have some small problem which happens every time I exit MS Word. As soon as I save the document from the file menu or from the disk icon on the standard toolbar, the error message “This program has preformed illegal operation and needs to close” appears, and after that something with error code and “send” and “don’t send” box comes. What should I do in order to stop this from happening?

Hi there. I never heard anything alike word so far, but I did had some experience with the error message you have just described. This was happening to me with the Acronis True Image, every time I hide the back-up process from the main window. After the program completion, when I press the red “X”, this message is displayed on the screen. I resolved that by cleaning all temporal files from the system. Then I have reinstalled Acronis again. After that, the error message disappeared. Why don’t you try that too? Reinstall Microsoft Office. And if you would like to know more about the problem nature, you can do that on Microsoft’s Office support web page.
