I have reinstalled Windows XP Professional and now I can not get my network controller card to work. In device manager it is shown as unknown device with yellow exclamation mark beside its name. Of course, I have lost CD with driver and I do not have a clue who is the manufacturer of this card and what is its model number. How can I identify my network controller card?

Safest approach is to open computer case and read label on the network card. You will find there information about manufacturer, model number and other stuff that you need to identify this card. With this information you can visit manufacturer web site and download appropriate driver. When you install drivers you will be able to use it.
