Icons taking ages to load

Hello! I have some problem here. My computer is Intel P4 2.3Ghz machine. I am using Windows XP SP1 OS. The problem is next. When I want to open some icons, I am waiting too long to open them. I mean the load is very slow. Does anybody have some solution about that? Thanks for your opinion or advice.

Hi! So, you have a problem to load some icons. I don’t know how to help you but I will try. Maybe I can suggest you something. You need to start your icon and then you will know is something happens. The problem with icons can be a shortcut error or some another. You can start it from original address in the computer. Then you will know what to do.
