Hello. I have suddenly disconnected the computer cables from a wall, because of the storm that was outside, so I was frightened about possible malfunctions or over-voltages. Now I know that this isnt recommendable at all, but what to say. Anyway, now I got one message that alerts me on every boot to take a look at my CPU speed, and to set it to the default level. I need to enter with the F2 key. Does somebody understands what am I asking and why? Thanks.

Yes we do understand. And God knows how did you actually plugged out the power cables out from the wall. The BIOS is telling you that you need to adjust the proper CPU speed for your motherboard. This happens when you reset the BIOS or when unpredictable applications install them selves inside the Windows. It all depends how that is going to manifest, because of a motherboard model.
