| Hello. I think that I have bough a bunch of fault CD’s. I already got 5 of them ruined, because there is no way that I can burn anything on 32X speed. And there stands nicely on each one of them, up to 48X. I have 1 gigabyte of ram, with dual core CPU and very fast Serial ATA drive. What is the cause for this? I think that Nero could be guilty beside bad CD’s, right? Thanks in advance. |

| Hello. Sometimes, a firmware of any particular DVD or CD burning device can be the problem. Pioneer devices are the ones with the most common problem, regarding their firmware, and burning speeds. Or, you just need to get your Nero updated to the latest version. Why don’t you first check out that all options are enabled for the drive? Is it currently working in the PIO mode perhaps? ULTRA DMA 2 or 4, that’s the most better option you can set from the device manager. |
