| Hi, people. Please, help me, because I have a problem which I can't obviously resolve. I can't either send or receive emails. For that purpose I use Outlook. Can someone tell me what it's all about? This is my first time I use internet and emailing. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks. |

| Hi, there. Just don't panic. You are an internet beginner and it is normal that errors like this happen. You didn't tell me if surfing the internet worked properly when your e-mailing didn't. It is possibly that you haven't put the right data for your e-mail server. Check with your local administrator what the parameters for POP and SMTP are. After you resolve this thing, youll see that e-mailing is one of the best accomplishments of modern technology. You can correspond with people from all over the world.
