Hello! I have some problems with my computer. When I want to play some videos like DVD or DIVX files, I get an error message and it can’t run. What that supposes to mean? I am not smart. I am not sure is the driver to old or something else. Please if anyone can help. Thanks!

Hi! The driver is not a cause I am sure in that. Maybe if you installed wrong driver or wrong codec. Uninstall all codecs from your PC and find another one. That is k-lite codec pack. You just need to download newest version. Also try to download new driver for your graphic card. Use the official site for that.
