Hello. I have found process IEexplorerer.exe in task manager. It is using around 40% processor all the time. I think it is some kind of infection but I am not sure. I would like to kill this process but I fear I would mess something up. Can you confirm to me that this is some kind of infection and that I should kill it?

Hi. First to correct spelling mistake. The name of this process is IEexplorer.exe and not IEexplorerer.exe. It is AdBlaster, a well known adware program. It is used to display advertisements on your screen and should be deleted. Just search your computer for this file, kill the process and then send the file to recycle bin where it belongs.
