I have a small business. But my problem is internet service provider. Its server goes down all the time and I cant work normally. When I try to contact theirs technical support, or nobody answering or they just say that they know for the problem and that would be solved. I dont what to do now. Any suggestion?

Well, on your place I would change ISP. Nowdays you have a lot of them. I know that is a little difficult (and boring) sending to all your partners an e-mail about changing your address, but that has to be done. Just to be sure that you will get all of your mails, take another ISP and for one month more stay at the current one. That period would be enough for your clients to accommodate.
