| Well, the problem can be everything but let’s start form your system. Maybe you haven’t reinstalled it recently and so it has errors and can’t work properly. Sometimes viruses can damage system files and problems like your appear. So, my first suggestion which would most probably solve your problem would be to reinstall your operative system because when some of the system files are damaged, the programs can’t work properly. I suppose that a certain viruses can bring about such damages. They can reach your system files no matter how many anti-virus protections you have. If you don’t know how to do it on your own, wile waiting for somebody to do the reinstallation, you can download Opera or Mozilla Firefox browsers and use them until you fix your Windows. |
