IE address bar locked

Hello! I have a little problem with my Internet Explorer. I am using Windows 2000. My computer is Toshiba Pentium 3 laptop. The problem is next. When I start Internet explorer the address bar is locked. I don’t know how to enable it. I can’t use that Internet browser. Please I need any help. Thanks!

Hi! Well, that is not a problem mate. I will tell you what you need to do. Listen me and do that. Open your Internet Explorer browser. Then only what you need to do is next. On the upper part of the program you need to use one right click. Then select address bar. And it will appear address bar without problems.
