IE Script Error

When I try to open Microsoft Encarta Reference Suite 2001 I receive following error: Internet Explorer script error - an error has occurred. And Encarta closes abruptly. I do not know what has Internet Explorer to do with this but this is an error I see. Can you tell me what to do to solve this problem?

There are several ways to fix this problem. Easiest is to delete temporary internet files because if they are corrupted they can cause such problem. Hardest, but most efficient, is to reinstall Internet Explorer. Go to control Panel and enter Add/Remove programs. Find Internet Explorer and click Add/Remove. In the nest dialog box click Repair the current installation of Internet Explorer option.
