IE Missing Bottom issue?

I've been using the internet for last three years and everything worked fine. However, since a month ago, I could not defend from malwares. I even reinstalled Windows few times but it did not help me for a long. After a day or two on the Internet and I have the same problems. Now my IE is missing a bottom. Are there any better and safer browsers than IE?

Of course, there are other browsers beside the IE like Mozila Firefox for instance. Many users think that they are even much better then the Explorer. I personally do not think that your problems are related to using Internet Explorer. I am also spending much time on the Internet with IE, and I do not have any problems. You just need some reliable anti-spyware software like SpyBot, which is efficient and free. You also need some good anti-virus software. I personally like AVG, which is also freeware. If you have Windows XP, you will also need SP2 to be installed. All those things will not slow your machine much and will give you enough protection. I think that combination will be very efficient.
