ICS does not share?

I have trouble with ICS. My friends and I made a home network between our computers. The whole idea was to share one DSL connection for using the Internet. Because of its speed, it can satisfy all our needs and we would spend less money each. However, that is not working. Why ICS does not share?

There is few ways to setup Internet connection sharing (ICS). You can do that either by using hardware or software equipment. The thing you should do is called port forwarding. If you want to do that with software emulation, you must have some bigger experience. I assume that you don't so let us get back to the hardware solution. To do port forwarding you will need a special device called router. When you connect your network on router, you will not have any further problems with accessing the Internet over DSL. The other thing you can do is to connect one computer to DSL and share its connection to everybody else. That way it will work as a gateway for the whole network.
