IBM Monitor speakers not working after XP reformatting

Hello! I have some problems with my monitor. I have IBM Computer. That is Intel celeron 2.4GHZ machine. I am using Windows XP SP2 OS. The problem is next. The speakers on monitor not working after XP reformatting. Does anybody know what to do? Thanks for your help and support.

Hi! So, you have a problem with the speakers on the monitor. You need to do next thing. Check for the some drivers, do you have a driver for the monitor? If you have installation driver disk you can insert in computer. Then you need to install it. When you install, restart your computer.
